My experience includes supervising a staff of four while overseeing community relations, development (fund raising) marketing, and sales in a 250-employee not for-profit organization with an $8 million annual budget. I have designed Marketing Communications Plans, Crisis Communications Plans (and Training Modules), and supervised efforts that raised $750,000 in annual donations to one organization and a 120-day capital campaign that raised $250,000 for another.
